Entering Data Offline

This page will provide instructions on how to save a draft form, and access it at a later date.

Respondents can save their forms as drafts if they are interrupted while filling out the survey, or just need to fill out a form over multiple days. Our data collect tool saves your data directly in your browser, so make sure that you’re using the same computer and browser when you return to complete your entries. The process of saving and returning to drafts is simple and outlined below.

Step 1: Fill out the form and click Save Draft. Then name your draft. Naming drafts is especially helpful if you intend on submit multiple entries.

Step 2: Click SAVE & CLOSE. This will save the draft in your browser’s history.

Step 3: To submit the forms, click the orange signal bar icon at the top left of the screen and click on your saved draft. The draft will then load and you can continue to fill out the form and submit it.
